About Me
Hi, I’m Shreya Das, Product Designer | Painter | Plant lover | Fitness enthusiast
I’m a UX / Product Designer with 4+ years of experience designing enterprise, fintech, and AI-powered products, where usability, structure, and accuracy matter as much as visual design.
I enjoy working on complex systems and turning them into simple, intuitive experiences. My process usually starts with understanding users, their habits, and their problems — and then designing solutions that feel natural and easy to use.
Things I believe in
Progress > Perfection
Consistency > Intensity
Discipline beats talent
I believe growth comes from showing up every day, even when things are not perfect.
I keep a small vision board in my workspace to remind myself of goals, ideas, and the kind of life I’m building — one step at a time.

Beyond the screen
Outside of design, I’m a very hands-on creative person.I love painting — water color, acrylic, and wall art — because it lets me explore colors, textures without rules.Gardening keeps me calm, fashion styling keeps me playful, I enjoy creating new looks from existing clothes, and I’m especially interested in sustainable fashion — making something new without always buying something new.
Apart from these, I also enjoy wood carving, singing, playing musical instruments, and exercising. I love watching Studio Ghibli films — their storytelling, beautiful visuals, and attention to small details inspire the way I think about design.

Fun fact - true story
If I notice bad typography, poor spacing, or strange kerning on a restaurant menu, my brain immediately switches to design-review mode.
At that point, I’m silently fixing the layout in my head… and sometimes I lose my appetite before the food arrives.
I promise I’m not judging the food — just the font choices. 😉✨
